Grass fed and finished Highland Beef. Dry aged 14 to 21 days, processed, vacuum packaged, and frozen. Volume shown is approximately HALF what you will receive (8 freezer trays). Pictured trays are 28"x17"x7", or 1.9 cu ft each. Whole beef is around 15.4 cu ft total.
